Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are glad to welcome our ever cherished parents, pupils and staff to another academic term. We return all glory to the Almighty God who alone has kept and seen us through the holidays.

The previous academic term and activities were great. Our pupils soar high in their studies and our parents are supportive all the way.
IMPORTANT NEWS
School Activities: The term’s 1st Continuous Assessment starts on Tuesday 11th – Friday 14th of February, 2020 while college  starts Monday 10th. 2nd Continuous Assessment will come up on Tuesday 10th – Friday 13th of March, 2020, while College will be on Monday 9th. The SECOND TERM examination is scheduled to take place from Thursday 26th March – Thursday 2nd April, 2020, while College starts on Tuesday 24th.

MORE IMPORTANT NEWS
Annual National Mathematics Competition: The Nigeria Tulip International College in conjunction with National Mathematics Centre Abuja conducted the first stage of its 17th annual mathematics competition for primary 5 and 6 pupils on Saturday 7th December 2019. The competition featured about 338 pupils from different schools with HALIMATU ISMAIL SAMA and DIVINE ABITARE  of Great Nissi Academy emerging 4th and 5th positions respectively. The two pupils thereby qualify for the second round which is scheduled to hold first week of April, 2020.

We congratulate them and wish them the best.

PRE – NURSERY classes now have a television and DVD player each.

2.“Let Shelves be made for bag and lunch boxes……. Beautiful shelves are now in place in all classes.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Attendance & Punctuality: School assembly time remains 7:45am while the gate closes at 8:05am. We encourage our parents to wake their children early and get them ready to meet up with the assembly. In case of perceived lateness, the principal should be promptly notified for the student(s) to be allowed in upon arrival on the school number (09033795775).

Drop off/Pick up: We enjoin parents to park well when dropping or picking up their children and also, to cooperate with the guards coordinating traffic.

Late Pick up: Kindly note that school closes at 1:55pm. However, during Tests and Exams, parents are allowed to pick their children as from 12:30pm. Teachers close at 2:00pm.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Book Day & Career Day: This is scheduled to take place on 5th March, 2020 to celebrate this year WORLD BOOK DAY and our CAREER DAY. Pupils are to come with their favorite books, they can also come dressed in outfit depicting different profession or character from the book they love.
